UK

All retail domestic orders are delivered via Royal Mail. We have chosen this carrier due to the quality and reliability of their service.  We may use alternative carriers during busy periods.

We typically prepare, package, and dispatch your order the next working day.  During busy periods, this may be extended by up to 3 working days, and then shipping takes 1-5 working days depending on delivery service chosen at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

  • Free standard delivery on all UK orders. Usually expected 3-5 working days.**
  • Express delivery – £7.50. Usually expected 1-2 working days.  (Orders must be placed by 1pm to guarantee this service).

**Free delivery offer excludes wholesale or bulk orders and only applicable to orders shipped to addresses within the UK.

  • Wholesale or bulk orders will be sent on a 48hr or overnight service. Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday and do not include national UK bank holidays.  If you pay for Express delivery at the weekend or after 1pm on Friday, you will receive your order on Tuesday the following week.

EUROPE

Following the UK’s exit from the European Union we cannot delivery to all EU countries at this moment. We are reviewing the situation regularly and will update our policy as soon as is possible.

REST OF THE WORLD

All retail orders to the rest of the world are delivered using an international tracked service with Royal Mail, DPD, UPS or DHL which aims to deliver within 5-10 working days.

International tracked service – £25.00.

BREXIT & CUSTOMS

All retail sales outside of the UK will be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions in the recipient’s country.  This is completely beyond our control. The recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies or import duty on Purscents orders.  Please contact the relevant customs office to check if these apply.

Ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). When an item has been delivered, risk of damage to, or loss of the item passes to you.
