When will I get my candles?
We typically prepare, package, and dispatch your order the next working day. During busy periods, this may be extended by up to 3 working days, and then shipping takes 1-5 working days depending on delivery service chosen at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If your order is urgent, we would encourage you to upgrade to the Express delivery service at checkout or contact us athello@purscents.co.ukif you’ve already placed an order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order after confirmation, send us an email athello@purscents.co.ukwithin an hour of placing the order and we will see what we can do, but we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes once an order is confirmed. Please ensure you’re entirely happy before completing your order.
Can my order be sent as a gift?
We can include a complimentary message card with your order if you’d like but please note we do not offer a gift-wrapping service; all parcels are sent in cardboard boxes. We never send parcels out with financial information in them either.
What if I I’m not happy with my order?
We hope you’re happy with our products but if you’re not, send us an email athello@purscents.co.ukand our dedicated customer care team will make it right. See more details on our returns and refund policy.
What if my items are damaged in the post?
We package all orders carefully to ensure its properly protected, but if your item is damaged on receipt, it’s not a problem. Send us an email athello@purscents.co.ukwith your order number, details of the damage and a photo if possible, and we’ll make it right. We request that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Something is missing from my parcel.
There may be the occasional human error and we may miss something out of your parcel. Apologies if this has happened. Please send us an email athello@purscents.co.ukwith your order number, details of the missing item, and we’ll make it right. We request that all missing items are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Wrong items received
If you have received an item that is not what you ordered, please send us an email at hello@purscents.co.uk with your order number, details of the item you received and a photo if possible, and we’ll make it right. We request that all incorrect orders are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you ship all your products outside of UK?
Following the UK’s exit from the European Union we cannot deliver to all EU countries at this moment. We are reviewing the situation regularly and will update our policy as soon as is possible.
We are able to deliver a lot of our products internationally. Sadly we cannot send reed diffusers and matches outside Mainland UK.
